(pumpkin, construction paper, fabric)
1. On construction paper, draw a large circle with a smaller one inside to make the hat brim. Cut out the small circle, cutting tabs along the inside edge of the doughnut shape. To make the hat top, draw a circle on another piece of paper. Cut off about half of the circle and save for features. Roll the other section into a cone shape, fitting it over the tabs of the brim and taping in place. ,^.
2. Cut strips of paper and tape inside the hat for hair. Place the hat on top of the pumpkin. Cut out facial features, and attach with rolled pieces of tape
3. Add a piece of fabric around the witch's neck.
